A new airline named Africa Airlines took to the air in the Congo on Saturday. AOC and operating license were granted immediately beforehand. The fleet will initially consist of a single Boeing 737-300.

The TN-AKC is already in service on the Brazzaville-Pointe Noire route. You enter into direct competition with Trans Air Congo and Canadian Airways Congo. The aircraft in question was previously in use at Karinou Airlines.

According to MAviO News, the carrier currently employs three captains and a first officer. One is looking for personnel. It is the first start-up to have received AOC and operating license since ECAir went bankrupt.

This initiative is still worthwhile, let's give them the space to compete with other competitors in the field. My prayer is to see Africa Airlines in the international air, serving the Central African sub-region and many other countries in the world.
