Attorney Michael Lentsch was appointed as trustee. Claims can be registered immediately. The employees can now apply for the insolvency fee within six months.

The Korneuburg Regional Court opened bankruptcy proceedings against the airline Level Europe GmbH under the transaction number 36 S 54 / 20p. The court has already set up a committee of creditors and appointed a trustee in the form of the Wiener Neustädter attorney Michael Lentsch.

The Eisenstadt lawyer Gerwald Holper acts as deputy. Both lawyers belong to the law firm Kosch & Partner. Claims, including flight tickets that have become worthless, can be submitted until July 15, 2020. The fee for this is 23 euros, whereby the official form must be used digitally or on paper. The first session of the main proceedings will take place on July 29, 2020 in the form of a video conference.

The creditors' committee consists of the following organizations: 1.) Kreditschutzverband von 1870, 2.) Alpenländischer Kreditorenverband, 3.) Österreichischer Verband Creditreform, 4.) Insolvenzschutzverband für ArbeiterInnnen Lower Austria, 5.) Finanzprokurator, 6.) Österreichische Gesundheitskasse.

The employees of Level Europe GmbH must submit their claim to insolvency payment within six months. Support can be provided by the works council, the Chamber of Labor and the trade union, among others.
