Starting tomorrow, antigen tests will be offered free of charge to everyone at the so-called test point at Graz Airport.

As of February 1st, Graz Airport is expanding its range of tests: starting tomorrow, the rapid antigen tests will no longer be subject to a charge. This also applies to foreign citizens, as the airport announced in a broadcast. On the other hand, the PCR test offer remains subject to a charge (from EUR 69). With the currently applicable 2G regulations in Austria, the area of application for rapid antigen tests remains relatively manageable. This will change with the planned easing steps at the latest.

"The test point was set up around a year ago primarily for our passengers," explains Jürgen Loeschnig, Managing Director of Graz Airport. "But we were pleased to see that the residents of the surrounding communities also liked and used it a lot right from the start. The new offer is an additional important enrichment!” The “Point of Care” is located in the center of the terminal at Graz Airport. It is open seven days a week and free parking spaces are available for half an hour directly in front of the terminal.
