The Greek government is further expanding the corona measures on the island of Crete. So far, there has been a night curfew in Heraklion and Chania. The city of Rethymno was also included.

The existing measures will be extended by one week. This also means that the catering industry is no longer allowed to play music. The curfew is from 1:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.

In particular, the government wants to prevent parties. It is believed that these have led to an increase in positive cases. The catering industry is completely prohibited from playing music or performing live music in the largest holiday resorts. The bars must remain closed during the curfew.
