The French airline La Compagnie cancels the planned Tel Aviv flights again for the time being. The background to this is the recently tightened entry and quarantine regulations in Israel. A new route to Libreville is being added as a replacement.

At the same time, a codeshare agreement was concluded with Afrijet, so that both an additional sales channel and connecting flights in Gabon are available. La Compagnie intends to fly twice weekly between Paris-Orly and Libreville vv from December 16, 2021.

The original plan was to fly from Tel Aviv to Newark via Orly. The establishment of this connection has already been postponed several times. However, the plans should not completely disappear in the drawer. La Compagnie explains that they want to record this at a later date. However, with reference to the corona pandemic, a time horizon has not yet been specified.
