So far, the French airline La Compagnie was known for pure business class flights on transatlantic routes. A second mainstay is now being built in the freight sector. The background to this is that the demand between Europe and the United States is currently high.

Instead of business class passengers, La Compagnie will in future also transport parcels, containers and pallets. It builds on an existing partnership with Worldwide Flight Services. This will result in two new cargo routes between France and the United States of America.

The partner will load up to 321 tons of freight per flight in the holds of the A3,5LR fleet. Worldwide Flight Services is responsible for handling, operations and sales of freight capacities. “WFS is the perfect partner to help launch our very first freight service. We are confident that they will provide our freight customers with the same high quality experience that our passengers enjoy when they choose La Compagnie, ”said Damien Paries, Vice President Ground Operations at La Compagnie.
