French airline La Compagnie is considering expansion towards Brazil. Approval for irregular flights has been requested from the responsible authorities. The carrier is still covered with regard to possible destinations.

La Compagnie's core business is non-stop flights between France and the United States of America. Two Airbus A321LRs with 76 business class seats are used. Another focus market of the carrier is Tel Aviv.

Company boss Christian Vernet does not explicitly rule out the acquisition of the Airbus A321XLR, because this model could open up routes that are outside the range of the A321LR currently in use. An order in this regard has not yet been placed.

In South America, Brazil is being considered and would like to start from France with the same business model that is already being used to fly to the USA. The company does not want to comment on the planned destinations yet. Due to the application submitted, it is also unclear whether the flights will be charter-like or whether one wants to fly all year round.
