The Maltese Ryanair subsidiary Lauda Europe has found an internal solution with Nicole Rodler to fill the position of Head of Inflight Line Operations. The senior flight attendant took over this job a few days ago.

Rodler is considered a “veteran” among Lauda flight attendants, because she has already been in the cabin for Niki, Laudamotion and Lauda Europe. There were also departures in the cabin crew: the previous base manager Paulo Patena, who in 2020 caused a stir with demonstrations, switched to the catering company Do&Co.

Maria Cristina Civiletti, who most recently served as Head of Inflight at Lauda Europe, has taken on the role of Head of Inflight Planning and Resources within the company and is thus in charge of the cabin crew department together with Nicole Rodler.
