The Maltese Ryanair subsidiary Lauda Europe is looking for pilots and first officers again. These are also to be used from Vienna-Schwechat. According to the job advertisement, captains only want to be accepted if they have a valid type rating for the Airbus A320.

One is less picky about first officers. This includes both those with previous experience on this model, but also young pilots who have at least flown turbo-props up to now. For the latter, training is to take place in the new Airline Flight Academy in Dublin. All applicants are given the opportunity to switch to sister companies on the Boeing 737 within the group at a later date.

What is remarkable about the job advertisement published by Lauda Europe is that it does not provide any information on salary. The place of deployment is also not precisely defined, it is merely written that first officers and captains are sought for all bases. The Ryanair subsidiary currently has Airbus A320 aircraft stationed in Palma de Mallorca, London-Stansted, Vienna, Zagreb and Zadar.
