Ljubljana: Wizz Air UK suspends Luton flights

The low-cost airline Wizz Air UK will temporarily not operate the non-stop connection between London-Luton and Ljubljana. The background is that capacity is limited due to necessary checks on the PW engines.

According to a report from Ex-Yu-Aviation.com, the affected route will initially be served for the last time on February 6, 2024. The resumption is announced for April 2, 2024. Wizz Air flights between Ljubljana and Skopje, which only recently started, are not affected by this measure. However, in the 2024 summer flight schedule, this route will only be served twice a week instead of the current three times a week.
