The Polish airline Lot will add two more Boeing 737-Max-8 medium-haul jets to its fleet. These are obtained from the leasing company Air Lease Corporation.

According to the announcement, the two machines should be handed over to Lot around mid-2024. ” We are pleased to further expand our long-term relationship with LOT by leasing two additional new 737-8 jets to the airline. ALC has played an important strategic role in LOT’s fleet modernization program as LOT’s largest lessor, and these 737-8s will further enhance the airline’s fleet and network capabilities with new fuel-efficient narrowbody aircraft,” said ALC CEO Steven F. Udvar-Házy .
