Lübeck Air is taking a winter break

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Effective October 29, 2023, Lübeck Air, the house brand of Lübeck-Blankensee Airport, will say goodbye to a winter break. The company will not offer flights during the cold season due to restructuring and “business considerations”.

Originally, a virtual carrier offered scheduled charter flights within Germany. The concept has now shifted significantly towards tourism offers. A Dornier 328 from Private Wings was most recently in use within Germany for Lübeck Air. An Airbus A320 operated by Nordica is currently flying for Marathon Airlines on the holiday routes.
