Lufthansa Cityline: UFO calls for a strike vote

The flight attendant union UFO is calling on its members flying for Lufthansa Cityline to vote on possible strikes. A result is expected to be known on March 6, 2024.

“The management had the opportunity to present us with something that could have been negotiated by extending the deadline several times. However, CityLine showed no serious willingness to respond to our demands or enter into compensation negotiations. The offer fell far short of our demands. The employer gave us no choice but to call on our members at Lufthansa CityLine to vote on strikes,” explains Rachid Madmar, lawyer and UFO negotiator at Lufthansa CityLine.
