Lufthansa discontinues Agent.com

A few years ago, Lufthansa launched an online platform that should enable agencies to book directly and thus without a GDS surcharge. This will be discontinued on May 31, 2023, as the products and offers of the Lufthansa Group are being harmonized.

As a result, as of May 31, 2023, the Agent.com site will no longer be accessible. It will also no longer be possible to access PNRs from passengers. A new portal serves as a replacement, which is intended to enable the sale of tickets for the entire group of companies.
