Lufthansa Technik has arranged further engine overhaul events with the Russian airline Rossiya Airlines. Four CFM2022-56B engines will be overhauled in Lufthansa Technik's engine workshop in Hamburg by mid-5.

“We are pleased that we are expanding our existing partnership with Rossiya Airlines with the new contract for the overhaul of the CFM56-5B engines. Rossiya Airlines' tendering process was fierce competition and very challenging, and we are very pleased that we were able to convince our customers with the highest standards in the course of this process, ”said Stanislav Mitin, Key Account Manager for Russia and the CIS countries at Lufthansa Technik.

Lufthansa Technik has been overhauling engines from Rossiya Airlines since 2019, initially CF6-80 engines. So far, four engines have been overhauled.
