Condor and Lufthansa Technik have signed a cooperation for the supply of components for the airline's new Airbus A330 Neo fleet.

Accordingly, Lufthansa Technik will provide so-called Total Component Support TCS for the A330-900 over the next ten years, which Condor will be fleeting in the coming years. For Lufthansa Technik it is the first TCS contract for this modern long-haul aircraft.

In addition to the classic supply of components, the contract, which will come into effect on January 1, 2023, also includes various parts pooling and logistics services, including the establishment of a so-called home base stock at Condor's operations center at Frankfurt Airport. Various maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Condor's A330 Neo components are also part of the agreement.

Lufthansa Technik is already providing component services for other Airbus and Boeing sub-fleets of Condor. The two companies also work together in many other areas, such as engine and landing gear maintenance. In addition, this year Condor became the first airline customer for the cabin floor heating system Heatnow from Lufthansa Technik.
