With three ATR72-500s operated by Swiftair, the startup Uep Fly plans to start flight connections between Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza on July 15, 2021. Palma should act as the home base.

According to the statement, four daily rounds should be offered between Mallorca and Ibiza. According to Mahon, it should go twice a day. In the next few months, the frequencies are to be increased significantly. There is also the prospect that destinations on the Spanish mainland and in other European countries will be served.

It is noteworthy, however, that ticket sales still did not start on July 5, 2021, around ten days before the announced first flight. This is not necessarily common in the industry.
