The Bavarian regional airport Memmingen hopes that demand will stabilize in the next few months. In a broadcast, the airport points out that the summer flight schedule will not end until the end of October 2020. Around 40 destinations are to be offered.

“It is valid until the end of October and offers numerous travel and vacation opportunities in the coming months,” explains Marcel Schütz, Sales Manager at the airport. A new addition to the route network is a non-stop connection to Zagreb operated by the Ryanair subsidiary Lauda Europe. This is scheduled to begin on September 3, 2021. Lauda Europe is on behalf of the Irish low-cost airline two Airbus A320 stationed in the Croatian capital.

Another new addition to the program is the Ryanair route to Rhodes, which will be operated on Saturday and Tuesday from July 3, 2021. The Irish lowocoster will be one in the 2021 summer flight schedule Maintain base on the Greek island. This is operated with Boeing 737-800.

The current flight schedule in Memmingen has more than 40 flight connections in Europe - from sunny beaches to city trips. In addition, the airlines have already approved parts of their winter flight schedules for booking. The current health situation in the respective countries can lead to requirements or restrictions. “Travel will still be possible and will probably be safer and safer to plan until autumn,” says Marcel Schütz.
