The Belarusian carrier Belavia is not only on the way between Minsk and Vienna again, but also took delivery of the first brand-new Embraer E195-E2 on Tuesday. The plane has 125 seats and is to be put into regular service shortly.
Belavia has ordered a total of three Embraer E195-E2s. However, the order was not placed directly, but via the lessor Aercap. For some years now, the Belarusian state carrier has been relying more and more on machines from the Brazilian manufacturer. So they now operate five E170s, seven E195s and now also one E195-E2.
