Unnamed employees of the Ukrainian low-cost airline Bees Airline have set up an aid fund. This collects donations for various social projects in Ukraine.

Shortly before the start of the Russian Federation attack on Ukraine, Bees Airline had to fly out the entire Boeing 737 fleet. The background was that the lessors saw the worsening security situation as a risk for their property. Competitors such as SkyUp Airlines also gradually had to move their fleets out of the country. Bees Airline was able to maintain flight operations for a few more days because they used wet lease equipment from other carriers. However, it was over after a short time, because the airspace was closed immediately after the Russian Federation attacked Ukraine. Because of the war, this situation is still in place.

In a thoroughly patriotic cover letter, the Ukrainian low-cost airline explains that because of the war, all plans had to be postponed "until victory". In the text of the company writes: “We are the team of Bees Airline and sincerely tried to develop aviation and tourism in Ukraine. But the war forced us to completely stop flying and postpone all plans until victory. We sincerely believe that we can welcome you on our flights in the near future. But at the same time we cannot stand idly by. Each of us on our front contributes to such a longed-for victory."

The "Future with Bees" initiative aims to "fight for the lives of the victims, organize their rehabilitation and, together with caring people, contribute to the reconstruction of our country". It also reads: "Only by joining forces can we oppose the aggressor and count on the return to normal life of those who have not been spared by the war".

Specific projects for which Bees Airline and its sister company Style Avia are collecting donations are: reconstruction of a destroyed school in Mykhailo-Kotsyubynske in Chernihiv Oblast, support for the “Hospitaliers” battalion, which treats wounded Ukrainian soldiers and civilians, support for the children's center for social - psychological rehabilitation in Nizhyn and Hospital No. 2 in Zhytomyr.

Specifically, funds are needed for the installation of 30 windows in the Mykhailo-Kotsyubynske school, portable aspirators for the “Hospitaliers” battalion, school supplies for the resumption of classes in the Children’s Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation, and critical medical equipment for Hospital No. 2 .

Furthermore, immediately after describing the humanitarian projects, Bees Airline claims that the armed forces of this country will win the war with Russia. The text reads: "We will rebuild and restore the country together, we believe in our armed forces and the fastest possible victory, glory to Ukraine".

The "Future with Bees" homepage does not reveal exactly who is behind the initiative and how the funds are distributed. Only Yevhenii Khainatskiy is mentioned, who was formerly Managing Director of SkyUp and later helped found Bees Airline. If the visitor numbers given on the website are correct, the page has only had a few hits so far.
