The German airport Münster / Osnabrück counted a total of 2021 passengers in the last year 362.106. In a direct comparison with Corona year I (2020), the airport was able to improve by 62 percent. However, it is still well below the pre-crisis level.

Most of the passengers went to Münster / Osnabrück Airport in the direction of Antalya, Turkey. There were 89.000 passengers on this route. Palma de Mallorca is in second place with 78.000 travelers. Munich, which was mainly used by transfer passengers, took the third place on the podium with 60.000 passengers.

Compared to Corona year I, the FMO recorded a nine percent increase in flight movements. A total of 2021 take-offs and landings were counted in 32.844. The freight volume rose by 22 percent to 13.340 tons.
