Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Just in time for the winter flight schedule, the airline Sundair carried out its first flight to the Canary Island of Fuerteventura from Münster/Osnabrück Airport on November 4, 2024.

The company will now fly up to twice a week to Gran Canaria, Tenerife and Fuerteventura and will also offer a weekly connection to the Egyptian holiday resort of Hurghada. A 319-seat Airbus A150 has been stationed at FMO for these new routes.

Flights to Gran Canaria always take place on Wednesdays and Sundays, while Fuerteventura is served on Mondays or Tuesdays and Saturdays. Tenerife is served on Thursdays and, from mid-February, also on Mondays. The connection to Hurghada is scheduled for Fridays. Bookings are possible for both individual flights and as part of package tours.

We are flying from Münster to Tenerife on December 12.12th and I was a little worried because of the many negative comments online. So far I can't say anything negative. I asked Sundair if I could get help for my husband with his walker. It was confirmed within 4 hours and a confirmation email was sent. The walker would also be taken care of. Then I reserved 2 seats using seat reservation, but it didn't work at first and didn't accept the Visa card. I immediately emailed Sundair and was told I wanted to click on direct debit. Everything worked out. It's been a good experience so far. Let's see if it happens.
One comment made me a little afraid: “Disused aircraft fly badly. Warning!”
That's quite shocking, especially given my fear of flying!
