Munich and Frankfurt: Etihad adjusts the aircraft

In the 2023 summer timetable, Etihad Airways is making changes to the aircraft on the routes from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt and Munich. Effective March 26, 2023, the Bavarian airport will be served by both Boeing 787-9 and -10.

The larger aircraft is to be used on up to five out of seven weekly rotations. From September 16, 2023, Frankfurt am Main will no longer be served by Boeing 787-10s, but by smaller B787-9s. It is scheduled to be used on a daily basis.

From October 2023, Etihad Airways also head for Düsseldorf. The Vienna route will effective July 28, 2023 daily served by Boeing 787-9. For the time being, this increase is limited to September 4, 2023.
