Not all assets of the former airline Adria Airways are hot. The insolvency administrator really has some of them like a log on the leg, because the interest on the part of potential buyers is low. This applies, for example, to the former company headquarters.

The building was constructed in 2009 and is approximately 4.400 square meters. The first sales attempt made by the liquidator was unsuccessful. Around 4,1 million euros should be taken, but no serious bidder was found. Now they are trying again to make money on the property.

The announced sales price was reduced to 3,7 million euros. Interested parties can submit their offers to the insolvency administrator Janez Pustatičnik until June 13, 2022. Among other things, he informed local media that there should be at least one investor from abroad who is said to have signaled serious interest in buying.
