With Patrick de Castelbajac at the helm, the European aircraft manufacturer Airbus is repositioning itself in the Asia-Pacific region.

From July 1, 2020, Airbus will have a new President of the Asia-Pacific region: Anand Stanley will succeed Patrick de Castelbajac, who is leaving the company. Stanley will be responsible for the aircraft manufacturer's affairs in this area from Singapore.

“Anand brought a wealth of experience to the table and was very good at running the company's operations in India,” said CCO Christian Scherer. “His proven track record makes him the right person for the Asia Pacific market. We know that we can rely on Anand to focus on supporting our customers in these toughest times while building our position as a leading partner for the aerospace sector in the region. "
