Next Airpower will take place in September 2024

In the coming year, a new edition of the air show Airpower will take place in the Austrian town of Zeltweg. The Ministry of Defense will return to the two-year cycle, it said in a statement.

"More than 275.000 visitors to the event site and tens of thousands more aviation enthusiasts at the Hinterstoisser air base, around nine million added value for the region, a significant increase in overnight stays and media advertising value in national media alone of over 3,5 million euros - all these are impressive figures the past 'Airpower24' in Zeltweg. I am delighted to be able to announce that we are returning to the original two-year rhythm of the Airpower events and that, together with our partners Red Bull and the state of Styria, we will again be holding an important event next year with 'Airpower24' in the region, especially in economically difficult times will give impetus," said Austria's Defense Minister Klaudia Tanner (ÖVP).

September 24th and 6th, 7 has been set as the date for Airpower2024.
