Since Sunday, October 15, 2023, another airline, Nile Air, has been active from Cologne/Bonn. The carrier has started a non-stop service to Cairo, which now operates twice a week.

“With its rich history, its impressive buildings and its diverse culture, Cairo is an attractive destination for our passengers,” says Thilo Schmid, CEO of Flughafen Köln/Bonn GmbH. “Egypt also attracts visitors in autumn and winter with mild temperatures and lots of sunshine.”

Nile Air will also fly from Cologne/Bonn to Cairo next Sunday, October 22nd. With the start of the winter flight schedule on October 29th, the airline will fly twice a week: Sundays and Thursdays (16.30 p.m. each time). The landing in Cairo takes place at 21.40:320 p.m. (local time). The return flights from Egypt also take place on Thursdays and Sundays in the winter flight schedule. An Airbus A200-XNUMX with a two-class configuration is used.
