Low-cost airline Norse Atlantic Airways is raising fresh money to expand its UK-based subsidiary. To do this, new actions are issued in two steps.

Initially, 120 million new shares will be offered in a private placement at a price of NOK 2,5 each. This has already raised 300 million Norwegian kroner. In the second step, another 60 million new shares are to be issued.
