Norwegian Air Shuttle is now back on the road with the machine type Boeing 737 Max. The first flight was carried out on the Copenhagen-Barcelona route. The carrier currently has two aircraft of this type in its fleet.
In the 2022 summer timetable, the Norwegian airline, which had to downsize drastically due to the corona pandemic, will offer around 270 routes. Aircraft have been stationed in Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Stockholm-Arlanda, among others.
The fleet has grown steadily in recent months. There are currently 68 Boeing 737-800s and two B737 Max-8s in operation. Originally there were 18 aircraft of the latter type, but due to the worldwide flight ban, they could not be used for a long time. Later it was also stated that all Max would be separated. Ten copies are now available from lessors for the time being.
