Norway's oldest airline, Wideroe, will continue to fly in the name of the airline Norwegian. After a takeover by Norwegian, both carriers can rave about a win-win situation.

The airline Norwegian was only finally able to confirm and disclose the takeover of the regional airline Wideroe. The oldest airline in Norway, which has increasingly been able to specialize in regional flight operations, will no longer fly under its own name, but in the name of the acquirer Norwegian. Norwegian and Wideroe have different goals, resulting in a win-win situation for both parties. Of 107 routes, only five are offered by both airlines, as confirmed by the Aero.de portal.
