The German tour operator Alltours will open the Allsun Hotels in Playa de Palma, in Alcudia and Cala Millor from March 17, 2021. The tour operator expects that the German federal government will lift the travel warning due to the low number of infections. One prepares for a rush of German vacationers over Easter.

"We expect that the travel warning for Mallorca will be lifted in the next few days and have decided to react quickly," said Alltours owner Willi Verhuven. A 7-day incidence that has been below 35 for more than a week and is currently only 25 makes the company boss confident. The Foreign Office also considers lifting the travel warning in the case of Mallorca to be possible. Flights from Germany to Mallorca are currently operated by Condor and Eurowings, for example.

Alltours requires all persons who check into the hotels operated by them to present a negative PCR or TMA result. This must not be older than 72 hours. The company also refers to the mask requirement in public areas. The hotel employees with direct customer contact are tested daily for Covid-19, according to the organizer.

Alltours recently made an announcement that in the future only people who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 are allowed to check into hotels, cause a stir. This summer there is still a transitional regulation so that test certificates that are not older than 72 hours are also recognized. From autumn, the Allsun houses should only be accessible to vaccinated people.
