Oberpfaffenhofen: Re-delivery of a Dornier Do-228

In February 2021 it was announced that the Thai Navy's first two Dornier Do228s in an Antonov 124 had arrived at Oberpfaffenhofen to be modernized by General Atomics (formerly known as RUAG).

The fleet, consisting of seven units, will be converted to the Do228NG standard; the entire order is worth more than 40 million euros. On February 12, 2023, MAviO News crossed paths with one of the first modernized examples to be delivered via Larnaca.
