There are now only a few countries that insist on the presentation of documents such as proof of vaccinations, tests or proof of recovery when entering the country. Most recently, Paraguay also abolished the Corona entry rules.

Until now, people who do not have a place of residence in this country had to provide what is known as 3G proof. The government abolished this requirement. At the same time, however, the Ministry of Health announced that the vaccination status would continue to be recorded as part of the usual passport controls. It should be more or less voluntary to state whether you have been vaccinated or not. It is only used to monitor the development of Covid-19.

Guillermo Sequera, Director General in charge of Health Surveillance, made it clear that 3G proof is completely eliminated and one can enter normally again without vaccination, testing or recovery. If you need a visa because of your citizenship, you will still need it. The change only affects the special entry regulations that were issued around Corona.
