The Bulgarian airline European Air Charter is now offering non-stop flights from Erfurt to Burgas. According to the airport, there were 82 passengers on board the first flight, which was carried out with a McDonnell Douglas MD-155.

Tickets can be booked through the contracting tour operator. Both package tours and flight-only are available. “Flights to Bulgaria are very popular with our passengers. We are very happy that we were able to cover this need and that we found a reliable partner in European Air Charter,” says Erfurt press spokesman Hans-Holm Bühl.

Other destinations in the 2022 summer flight schedule from Erfurt-Weimar are Antalya, Hurghada, Crete, Mallorca and Rhodes. There are also special trips to Italy, Croatia, Cornwall, Hungary, Albania and Montenegro.
