On the morning of February 2, 2025, an incident occurred at Fukushima Airport involving an ANA Wings aircraft. A De Havilland Canada Dash 8-400 collided with a passenger bridge with its left wing. The incident occurred at around 9 a.m. local time after the aircraft had landed in Fukushima as flight ANA1695 from Osaka.

According to Japanese media reports, neither the 24 passengers nor the four crew members were injured. The exact cause of the accident is still unclear, but the aircraft involved, with the registration JA465A, was damaged. The approximately seven-year-old turboprop aircraft belongs to the fleet of the ANA subsidiary ANA Wings.

The Japanese Transportation Safety Agency has launched an investigation to clarify the background to the incident. Fukushima Airport remained in operation while the aircraft was inspected and the affected passenger bridge was checked. ANA Wings has not yet commented on any possible impact on the flight schedule.
