CPK Airport's traffic control tower is being designed by JSK Architekci, the firm that also designed the West Pier of Terminal 1 at Munich Airport. Together with the passenger terminal, it could become one of the new airport's most recognizable buildings. At 105 meters high, it will also be the tallest building of its kind in Poland.

JSK Architekci is a Polish architectural firm that designed, among others, Terminal 2 of Gdansk Airport, the Terminal of Wroclaw Airport and the West Pier of Terminal 1 of Munich Airport, which is currently being expanded. They have also prepared stadium projects: National and Legia Stadiums (both in Warsaw) and City Stadium in Wroclaw. In addition, the office is responsible for the planning of numerous public facilities as well as office and commercial buildings.

“We have chosen an experienced partner whose previous projects guarantee a high quality of work. I am convinced that the designer will present a very interesting architectural design for the tower, which will meet all the requirements agreed with the Polish Air Traffic Control Authority,” said Eliza Wysocka from the CPK Airport Program Design and Engineering Office, which is leading the project.
