The airline received the gold award in this year's PRIDE index evaluation by the Japanese non-profit organization “Work with Pride”.

"We believe in the ultimate goal of promoting a corporate culture and work environment in which all employees are free to be their authentic selves," said Jun Taneie, Executive Vice President and Director of Diversity & Inclusion Promotion. “The recognition of this work with the Pride Award means a lot to us. We continue to strive to maintain our reputation as the leading LGBTQ employer in Japan. ”The PRIDE Index was launched in 2016 with the aim of helping Japanese employers create workplaces that are comfortable for people of all gender orientations.
