Qatar Airways continues to expand Saudi offering

The air traffic relations between Qatar and Saudi Arabia continue to intensify: From January 3, 2023, Qatar Airways will again be flying to Taif three times a week.

This is the airline's sixth destination in Saudi Arabia, according to a statement. Gulf Airline currently operates two daily flights from Riyadh, four daily flights from Jeddah, two daily flights from Medina, five daily flights from Dammam and one daily flight from Qassim. The agricultural metropolis of Taif in western Saudi Arabia is around 70 kilometers from Mecca. Only recently the carrier has also expanded its route network in Germany and has been flying daily from Doha to Düsseldorf Airport since November 15.
