Oneworld member Qatar Airways has increased non-stop service between Berlin and Doha. Up to eleven weekly circulations have been offered since October 2, 2022. Boeing 787-8 and 787-9 long-haul jets are used.

The route is offered twice a day from Berlin-Brandenburg on up to four days a week. There is currently increased demand due to the upcoming soccer World Cup. Special entry regulations apply around the event. In the period from November 1st to December 23rd, entry into the country is only possible with the so-called Hayya card.

“Qatar Airways’ significant increase in the flight offer to Doha strengthens the connectivity of BER. Important travel destinations and markets in Asia, Australia and Africa are now even easier to reach via Doha. This is a strong signal for the long-distance routes at BER and the connection to the region," says BER boss Aletta von Massenbach.
