Golf carrier Qatar Airways has now started operating the Boeing 787-9. However, the first machine will be used for pure cargo flights. The Dreamliners were taken over at the end of 2019, but have not yet been used on regular passenger flights.

According to CH-Aviation.com, Qatar Airways currently operates pure cargo connections with Boeing 787-9s. Among other things, the destinations Brussels, Bangkok, Mumbai, Paris-CDG, London-LHR and Kuwait are served. The machines have a certain history, because they were taken over at the end of 2019, but then transferred back to Victorville. The cabins are actually supposed to be installed there. The seven Boeing 2020-787s have been parked at Doha Airport since April 9. It is unclear whether these are fully equipped with the Qatar Airways cabin.
