In the summer of 2024, the Czech long-distance bus and rail company Regiojet will operate a bus route between Prague and Split. This is served on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays in the direction of Croatia.

Returns take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. This route will initially be offered between June and September 2024. According to Regiojet, the route is served by Setra double-decker buses, which have 2-1 seating on the upper deck. They can also enjoy free premium coffee from a professional coffee machine. Espresso, lungo, cappuccino, latte macchiato and their iced versions are offered. Complimentary drinks include teas, children's chocolates, and chilled and non-chilled water. Other refreshments such as sweet and savory snacks and chilled drinks such as Coca Cola, Fanta and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers are available for a fee.

Effective February 1, 2024, Regiojet will operate more frequently between Prague and Berlin. An additional daily pair of courses will be introduced, leaving Prague at 18:00 p.m.
