The airline Ita Airways intends to fly three times a week between Rome-Fiumicino and New Delhi (Indira Gandhi) from December 3, 2022. The new addition is to be served with Airbus A330 long-haul aircraft.

From December 3, 2022, Ita Airways will operate three weekly flights, Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, departing from Rome Fiumicino Airport at 14.10:02.00 p.m. and arriving at Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi at 4:2022 a.m. local time. The flight schedule from New Delhi from December 15, 50 offers a departure at 08:10 and landing in Rome Fiumicino at XNUMX:XNUMX every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

The Italian carrier is increasingly focusing on the Asian market. From November 2022, for example, the destination Tokyo will be included from Rome. Malé will follow in December. Regarding the flights to India, it is hoped that one can also benefit from the traffic flows India-Germany, India-Spain, India-France, India-North America (and vice versa). Among other things, the company refers to its own feeder flights and transfer options. Taking into account the recent announcement, Ita Airways' long-haul network will include nine destinations served from Rome-Fiumicino.
