Oneworld member Royal Air Maroc wants to give itself a breath of fresh air. The crews and ground staff will appear in a new look in the future. The new uniforms are already being gradually issued to the employees.

The carrier explains, among other things, that the new uniforms had been specially designed. These should show elegance and at the same time a serious image. “They combine authenticity and modernity, using creative elements from Moroccan and African heritage. These include the decorative mosaic patterns and the characteristic cuts of the regional cultural and craft heritage, as well as the bright and warm colors also inspired by the environment, such as the color “Amethyst”, the new visual signature of the brand,” says Royal Air Maroc.

Catering offer expanded

There are also innovations in the area of on-board catering. The airline wants to “personalize and promote Moroccan hospitality” in the future. In addition, new menus have been designed in cooperation with top local chefs. They want to serve a variety of local, African and international dishes. The offer is graded according to the class of carriage and the duration of the flight.

In future, business class will offer à la carte menus. This is intended to enable well-paying customers to have more individuality. In general, there will always be a vegetarian alternative on board in the future. Meal boxes are issued in Economy Class and on very short flights also in Business Class. According to Royal Air Maroc, their scope is adapted to the duration of the flight.

Step by step, you also want to give the cabins a new look. The waiting areas at the airports that are headed for are also to be renewed. The brightness should play a special role. Children continue to be offered small gifts. In addition, Business Class passengers can receive so-called comfort kits.

The IFE (In-flight Entertainment) offer has also been diversified with regard to streaming and the content of the Sky RAM and SKY Press platforms has been expanded. This offer is reinforced by online value-added services such as RAM Assistant, E-Skyshop, E-Upgrade, Cash&Miles and Pack family.
