Ryanair is stocking up in Edinburgh and Leeds Bradford

The low-cost airline Ryanair is stationing five medium-haul Boeing 737 Max 200 jets at Edinburgh Airport in Scotland. The base will therefore comprise ten machines in the future. At the same time, eight new routes are announced.

From Edinburgh, the low-cost airline will offer a total of 2022 routes in the 65 summer timetable. New in the program are Bari, Cork, Madrid, Marrakech, Nimes, Palermo, Paris-Beauvais and Santiago. Up to 250 flights are to be operated per week. According to Ryanair, this is 50 more than in the 2019 summer flight schedule. Five of the ten aircraft stationed there will be Boeing 737 Max 200s.

The carrier will station another Boeing 737-800 at Leeds Bradford Airport. In the future, this base will consist of three aircraft. There will be new flights to Zadar, Paris-Beauvais and Barcelona. Ryanair will be offering up to 2022 flights per week from this airport in the 95 summer timetable. According to their own statements, this is ten more than the level of 2019. 23 destinations are served.
