The Irish Ryanair Group is extending the waiver of rebooking fees for all ticket purchases made before June 30, 2021 for the time being. It should be noted that only the expenses for processing are omitted, but a possible tariff difference can be collected.

Ryanair announces that bookings can be changed up to twice without charging the rebooking fee until the end of October 2021. However, travelers should study the fine print carefully, as the regulations are comparatively extremely restrictive. Short term changes are namely not exempt from expenses.

“By accelerating vaccination programs, the high risk groups and the elderly will be vaccinated by the beginning of summer, which we believe will ease travel restrictions and increase the demand for trips to the beaches of Greece, Spain, Italy and Portugal. Many Ryanair customers will be flying on vacation for the first time in over a year this summer. In order to continue to offer you as much flexibility and confidence as possible, we have extended the cancellation of the rebooking fee for all bookings made before June 30th. Customers can now book flights for a well-deserved summer vacation knowing that if they need to postpone or change their travel dates, they can do so by the end of October 2021 with a rebooking fee of zero euros, ”said Dara Brady, Marketing Director at Ryanair.
