The Irish low-cost airline Ryanair is extending the booking period, in which the otherwise customary fee is waived for subsequent rebooking, until March 31, 2021. A possible tariff difference may still apply, so that the offer, which at first glance is accommodating, is not quite as accommodating.

The possible rebooking period is limited to October 31, 2021. Passengers also have to observe deadlines, because the Ryanair Group still collects the fee for last-minute changes. Thus the “goodwill” of the Irish low-cost airline is still quite inflexible.
