Saalbach Hinterglemm starts the winter season again at the beginning of December with a unique line-up. With Bilderbuch, SDP, LaBrassBanda and many others, the mountain festival will take place again at the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn from December 8th to 10th. Every year, it's not just the Christ child who announces his presence loudly: the Rave on Snow is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. With over 80 artists on 13 floors and over 50 hours of partying, the ski season in Glemmtal will be ushered in with trembling bass from December 14th to 17th.

Beginning of December – festival season long over?! Not in Saalbach Hinterglemm, because here it has been extended for several years. Locations with panoramic views in the middle of the most laid-back ski area in the Alps, the finest line ups and numerous visitors ensure an unforgettable start to the winter season at the Mountain Festival and Rave on Snow Festival in Saalbach Hinterglemm.

Winter rocks, that much is clear. In addition to great bands and a unique backdrop, visitors to the mountain festival in Saalbach Hinterglemm can also expect 270 kilometers of slopes on which they can carve before partying and dancing. This year the locations range again from the main stage in the middle of town to rustic mountain huts.

This is at the top of the program at the Rave on Snow Festival. The party takes place here for 50 hours on 13 floors - be it on the 2.000 meter Schattberg summit, the underground garage or in one of the clubs in Saalbach Hinterglemm.

“Our tried and tested ski opening events have now become a much-anticipated fixture in our event calendar. Anyone who wants to celebrate in a unique location before the contemplative Christmas season is in perfect hands with us!” says Wolfgang Breitfuß, Director of the Saalbach Hinterglemm Tourism Association.

Finally experience winter in all its facets again: in Austria's most laid-back ski area! This is possible from the planned start of the season on December 1, 2023. Ski operations with ski connections between Saalbach, Hinterglemm, Leogang and Fieberbrunn are planned from December 8th, 2022 to April 01st, 2023.
