The airline Saudia will start two weekly rotations between Riyadh and Zurich on August 3, 2022. These should be carried out on the traffic days Wednesday and Thursday.

Medium-haul jets of the Airbus A320 type are to be used as aircraft. These have 20 business class and 90 economy class seats. Saudia confirmed the launch of the flights, adding that they will soon be available for reservation through all usual booking channels.

Coming from Riyadh, flight number SV235 will land at around 14:05 p.m. at Switzerland's largest airport. The return flights are operated as SV234 and take off at 15:20 p.m. in Zurich-Kloten.

Saudia has been present in Switzerland for several years - with interruptions due to the corona pandemic. Up to now, Geneva Airport has been served from Riyadh and Jeddah. Nothing should change about that, because the Zurich route will also be included in the route network.
