The new Corona Emergency Ordinance in Saxony has been in effect since today. It provides that travel agencies are allowed to open there again. The sales partners of Schauinsland-Reisen will receive higher advertising cost subsidies for the new start.

Since the end of November, travel agencies in Saxony have not been allowed to receive customers in their business premises. The travel provider is now supporting its sales partners there with a special campaign: On the occasion of today's reopening, the travel agencies will receive higher advertising cost subsidies until the end of January. “We normally cover 50 percent of the advertising costs. We are now increasing this subsidy to 75 percent to support our sales partners when they reopen,” says Sales Manager Detlef Schroer.

The travel provider wants to show that the industry is still optimistic about the future despite the ongoing pandemic. "It is therefore a matter close to our hearts to offer our help to the affected colleagues in our sales offices," says Sidney Anthony Kendricks, Schauinsland Reisen's regional manager for the Middle East area.
