Schauinsland-reisen managing director Gerald Kassner donates 50.000 euros for the Ukraine aid. In addition, many of his employees have decided to join him.

“We are deeply concerned about the impact on the Ukrainian population. That's why we want to help people," says Kassner. Although Russia and the Ukraine are not destinations offered by Schauinsland-Reisen, the entire team of the Duisburg tour operator is shocked by the human suffering - the dead and injured. "As a tour operator, we stand for peaceful coexistence and would like to promote mutual understanding and cultural exchange," says the managing director. "With our donations we want to show that we do not leave the victims of the war in Ukraine alone."
